EXPERTISE
Saida handles the Immigration court cases from start to finish by drafting motions, applications, notice of appearances, pleadings, packets filled with all the necessary supporting documents, and keeping the client informed along the way. She also assists Attorney Shabani in preparing appeals for the Board of Immigration Appeals, translating, finding the appropriate person to certify a U-Visa case, Bond cases, Motion to Reopen, Motion to Reconsider Bond Redetermination, employment authorization, organizing telephonic meetings with detainees, etc. Her professional values include commitment to all of her clients, helping those less fortunate, honesty, and diligence.
EDUCATION
She went to Homewood High School and graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She received her bachelor’s in criminal justice and a minor in legal affairs. Took classes in criminal law, Judicial process, and trial advocacy. Currently, is preparing to attend law school to receive her Juris Doctor Degree. She is also a certified interpreter/Translator.
