ABOUT AHMAD EL-BAHESH
Ahmad M. El-Bahesh is an Alabama native, raised in
Guntersville. He earned his undergraduate degree from
Auburn University and his Juris Doctor from Lincoln
Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. During law school, he was active in the Immigration Law Society and worked with Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, assisting with humanitarian visas for victims of trafficking and other serious crimes.
Ahmad began his legal career in Chicago, Illinois, where he
gained experience at immigration law firms before opening
his own successful practice. He later returned to Alabama to bring that experience to what is now Shabani–Crumbley, P.C. He has represented clients in immigration courts across the United States and has extensive experience in family-based immigration and removal defense.
He also has significant experience in complex investor visa
matters, including EB-5 and E-2 visas, as well as employment- based petitions such as EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) cases.
Ahmad’s background gives him a deep understanding of both the legal and human sides of immigration practice. Clients rely on him for thoughtful analysis, clear guidance, and steady advocacy in challenging situations.
Every client’s story
matters — and every case
deserves to be handled
with compassion, clarity,
and respect.
