Northern Virginia Daily/AP: Migrant killed while being detained, says immigration agency
A migrant who died of gunshot wounds after an encounter with a Border Patrol agent was shot while being detained after trying to escape, said Customs and Border Patrol officials. They said the agent discharged his weapon while trying to take the migrant into custody.
