ABC: Endangered Afghans trapped in U.S. immigration processing
An Afghan living in the United States has a fiancé and 40 relatives living in hiding in Afghanistan because they worked for U.S. organizations. Applications for humanitarian parole were filed almost a year before the United States pulled out of the country, but processing stopped after the withdrawal and his fiancé never had the necessary interview.
