National Law Review: Immigration discrimination case settled
The Department of Justice announced a settlement with a home care provider over claims the company discriminated against immigrants by subjecting only noncitizens to the E-Verify system. Under the agreement, the company cannot selectively use E-Verify and is subject to a three-year monitoring period by the federal government.
