Journal Inquirer: Connecticut expands Medicaid for undocumented children
Connecticut children 12 years of age and younger whose guardians meet income limits will be eligible for Medicaid regardless of immigration status starting Jan. 1. The new state budget expands the program. Currently, it is open to children eight years of age and under.
