Roxanne Shabani has been working at Shabani and Associates, P.C. for almost 5 years as Attorney Michael M. Shabani’s judicial assistant. Roxanne handles the Immigration court cases from start to finish by drafting motions, applications, notice of appearances, pleadings, packets filled with all the necessary supporting documents, and keeping the client informed along the way. Roxanne will go the extra mile for the firm’s clients to make sure they understand the process and what is required by them in order to complete an excellent packet to be submitted to the appropriate parties. She also assists Attorney Shabani in preparing appeals for the Board of Immigration Appeals, finding the appropriate person to certify a U-Visa case, Bond cases, Motion to Reopen, Motion to Reconsider Bond Redetermination, employment authorization, organizing telephonic meetings with detainees, etc. Her professional values include commitment to all of her clients, helping those less fortunate, honesty, and diligence.
EDUCATION
Roxanne received her B.S. from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in December of 2011. Roxanne majored in Psychology and minored in Biology and Chemistry. In addition, Roxanne has a Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law and she graduated from there in May of 2018.

Roxanne is fluent in English and Farsi.

Some of Roxanne’s personal hobbies are traveling, hiking, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family/friends.
