VOA/AP: First migrants returned under restarted ‘Remain in Mexico’ policyU.S. authorities began resending migrants back to Mexico under the restarted “Remain in Mexico” program. The migrants were greeted by Mexican officials who gave them documents and U.N. officials who tested them for COVID-19 and took them to shelters.
